Refund Policy

Following the 7 days before the start of the season there is a $60 non-refundable processing fee for all registration cancellations and a $15 switch fee for major registration changes.
If you withdraw before the start date you may receive a full refund less the $60 processing fee.
If you withdraw during the first week of the program you may receive a 80% refund less a $60 processing fee.
If you withdraw during the second week of the program you may receive a 60% refund less a $60 processing fee.
After two weeks of the program no refunds will be granted.
Credits must be used within one year of issuance or they will be forfeited.
Exceptions may be made due to injury. Apply to the program administrator for consideration of a injury pro-rata refund on a case by case basis. Injury exceptions must be approved by the PCRA Executive Board. A doctor's certificate will be required.
